2. Services
Fire Safety For All provides fire safety training courses, fire risk assessments and related fire safety services. Course content, duration and pricing are as described on our website or in our quotations. We reserve the right to update course content to reflect changes in legislation or best practice.
3. Bookings and payment
Bookings are confirmed once we have received full payment or an agreed purchase order. Payment is due in advance for public courses. For in-house training, payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation and refund policy
The following cancellation terms apply to all course bookings:
- More than 14 days before the course: full refund or free transfer to another date
- 7–14 days before the course: 50% refund or free transfer to another date
- Less than 7 days before the course: no refund, but a transfer may be offered at our discretion
- Non-attendance: no refund
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient numbers, trainer illness or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.
5. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued to delegates who attend and successfully complete the course. Certificates are typically valid for three years unless otherwise stated. Replacement certificates may be subject to an administration fee.
6. Liability
Fire Safety For All will deliver training with reasonable care and skill. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service
- We are not liable for any loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
